Our mover and packer crews are led by English/Norwegian-speaking supervisors trained in accordance to industry quality certification standards. With our high focus on quality performance, we closely monitor the performance of both the move coordinators and crews at origin and destination to ensure we deliver a door-to-door service according to our defined quality standards and to meet your needs and expectations.

Leave nothing to chance
Our pre-move Surveyors use our unique hand-held tablets to take a detailed inventory of all items to be moved and record special requirements. Digital pictures are taken to capture images of items that are fragile, large, heavy, or otherwise require special handling during the move. Following the pre-move survey, we provide volume and weight estimates, and print out complete inventories for our clients and operational crews as they prepare for the removal.
Our staff monitors each move in detail using our customized MoveWare software system.
As a NFB client, you will proactively receive electronic information concerning your move including shipping dates, contact information to our agents at origin and destination, details of your shipment and FIDI customs guides are also available online.
